He specializes in finding suitable candidates for board level and senior management positions with national and international companies in the energy sector, production sector and logistics sector. Before joining Maes & Lunau, Kees van den Ende was responsible Managing Consultant with De Man & Partners/Interlace for Industry with special focus on energy, logistics and engineering. Between 1972 and 1995 he served as Manager with Shell on numerous demanding international projects with both engineering and commercial components. Subsequently he was Managing Director of Armada Dambach (TBI Group) responsible for the global implementation of the new corporate image of Volkswagen/Audi. He then accepted the position of Managing Director of Triple EEE Management Support and was active as Interim Manager with Bakkenist Introman.
